Lee County

North of Tupelo: Saltillo, Guntown and Baldwyn along the US-45 corridor. South: Verona, Shannon, Plantersville and Nettleton. West: Belden. East: Mooreville.

Itawamba County, to the east

Fulton is the county seat, with Mantachie to its north. This is where rural acreage, timber tracts and river-country property become a much larger share of what trades.

West and northwest

Pontotoc and Sherman in Pontotoc County, and New Albany in Union County.

North, northeast and southeast
